Our signature class has been designed by our founder, Dr Ash Constance, and is a fusion of the very best in yoga and pilates, backed by the most up-to-date evidence in science.

After years of practising many types of yoga, Ash was disappointed that there was not one class that could deliver results wholly for the mind and body. Through extensive research, Ash pulled the best elements of yoga and pilates, and created an efficient and very effective class that is available for beginners to advanced levels. This class is based on evidence based research utilised by health practitioners to rehabilitate the body, and strengthen the core. This class centers around vinyasa yoga which is a mindful movement, combined with pilates principles and mindfulness techniques. We always start from the center and work our way out. We flow through our sequences with intention, braiding postures together that will strengthen, lengthen and transform the body and mind. You will sweat and you will glow. Over a couple of classes, your yoga will grow. Suitable for Beginners.
