Minimum term of 12 weeks for Gold Membership. Membership can be cancelled at any time after the minimum term via email. Can be paused after the minimum 12 week term is served, for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of of 6 weeks via email.
** All class passes are valid for 6 months. Private classes valid for 12 months. No refunds, transfers or extensions. Only Silver Membership 50 class pass can be shared.
*** Cancellation policy applies for classes cancelled or unattended within 24 hours notice. Cancellation must be made in writing and provided with 24 hours notice. Credit notes will not be provided if notice is outside of this period. Cancellations must be made via phone and confirmed in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations will not be accepted via Facebook or any other medium. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on private classes due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
Debit Membership for Gold Membership and Private Classes – Membership fees for the Debit Memberships will be charged to a holder’s nominated credit card or bank account once per week or fortnight via a third party payment provider (Ezidebit.) It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in their nominated bank account or credit card to cover the applicable fees for the Debit Memberships. By creating a debit membership, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions of our third party biller, currently Ezidebit. Ezidebit’s terms and conditions can be found in hard copy at reception in studio.
