At Hot Yoga Studios, we do things a little differently. We offer yoga, pilates and meditation classes, unlike you’ve ever experienced before. Our boutique space offers you a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life, and allows you to get deep into the flow that we have designed purely to help you let go, tone up and de-stress. Our beats have been carefully selected to help you deepen your flow. In every class, we guarantee you will always be smiling (amidst the challenges) and will always leave feeling strong, clear and in control. We have the most state-of-the-art infrared heating panels, to warm the room just enough for you to feel as if you are wrapped in a beautiful warm blanket.
We offer private tuition as well as 8-week programs designed to help cater to your every need; be that, weight loss, rehabilitation after an injury, or just learning to become more mindful and stress-free.
HICAPS is available for those who wish to work with our founder, Dr Ash Constance.
Take a class here, and you will never look back.
Private Training is all-inclusive training, which means that it involves both muscular structure, cardio work, and meditation. Private Training clients receive body assessments, and their program is tailored to their specific level and needs by The AC Team. In Private Training sessions, the trainers do the workout alongside the clients, motivating them every step of the way. Private Training sessions can be done either in studio or in a client’s home. While we can incorporate cardio and muscular structure work into a one-hour block, two-hour sessions can also be booked. You do not need to belong to a studio to book Private Training sessions at Heidelberg.
Why The Heat?
Infrared heat is a form of energy that allows you to heat your body more effectively and penetrate more deeply than other types of heat. Working out in the heat and humidity provides a number of benefits: Sweat encourages the body to release toxins and improves skin elasticity and tone. The heat also keeps the muscles warm, ready to move, and malleable. The infrared heat can help muscular injury, help wounds heal more efficiently, increase blood circulation – which can boost immune functionality, detoxifying, and reduce joint stiffness.
